Our Policies
We require a deposit at the time a reservation is made. Your deposit is refundable in full if any deletions or
cancellations are made 7 working days prior to event.
A 12% damage waiver is optional to all rental items excluding china and glassware. Linen damage waiver excludes burns, holes and tears.
Delivery is available anytime for an additional charge. Rates are based on curbside delivery and pickup.
Special drop-off, set-up and take down are all available
with advanced notice for an additional charge.
Flatware, glassware, china, etc. are ready for use.
These items must be returned rinsed and in
their original containers.
Linens must be returned shaken free of food,
decorations, etc., and dry to prevent mildew.
Customer assumes responsibility for all lost or
damaged items. Full replacement cost will be
charged for missing or damaged items.
Our rentals are tax free.
Rental fees are charged for all rentals taken whether used or not so please make selections carefully.
